Terms & Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 27 October 2026
1. About us and these terms
These terms apply to every order you place through faylisse.com, and they form the contract between you and us.
1.1 We are Faylisse, a company registered in England and Wales under number [company number]. Our registered office and trading address is [address]. Our VAT number is [VAT number, if registered].
1.2 You can contact us at faylisseandco@gmail.com. You can write to us at the address above.
1.3 Please read these terms before you order. By placing an order you confirm that you have read them and agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order.
1.4 These terms are for consumers, meaning people buying goods wholly or mainly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. If you are buying for a business, please contact us first.
1.5 You must be at least 18 to place an order. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
2. Definitions
In these terms, the words below have the meanings given.
- Contract: the agreement between you and us for the sale of Goods, made up of your order and these terms.
- Goods: the products shown on our website that you order from us.
- Order: your request to buy Goods, placed through our website.
- Delivery Address: the address you give us at checkout for delivery of your Goods.
- Working Day: a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England.
- We, us, our: Faylisse.
- You, your: the person placing the Order.
3. Ordering and how a contract is formed
A binding contract exists only when we confirm that we have accepted your order, not when you submit it.
3.1 To order, add Goods to your basket, follow the checkout steps and pay. Before you pay, you can review your order and correct any mistakes using the checkout screens.
3.2 After you place your order, we will send an email acknowledging it. This is not acceptance. We accept your order when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, at which point the Contract is formed.
3.3 If we cannot accept your order, for example because the Goods are out of stock, the price was wrongly displayed, or we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you by email and refund anything you have paid in full, usually within 14 days.
3.4 We will keep a copy of your order and these terms and can send you a copy on request. Contracts are made in English.
4. Prices and payment
You pay the full price, including delivery, when you place your order.
4.1 Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on our website. Prices for UK customers include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
4.2 If you are ordering from outside the UK, your total may be affected by import duties, customs fees and local taxes. These are not included in our prices unless the checkout says so. See clause 5.
4.3 We accept [payment methods, e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay]. Payments are processed securely by [payment provider], and we do not store your full card details.
4.4 We take payment in full when you place your order. If your payment is declined or cannot be verified, we may cancel your order and will tell you by email.
4.5 Prices can change at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. If we discover that a price on our website was wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We are not obliged to supply Goods at an obviously incorrect price.
4.6 If you pay in a currency different from your card's currency, your card issuer may charge exchange or other fees. These are outside our control.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed on our website, and overseas customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes.
5.1 We will dispatch your Goods within [number] Working Days of accepting your order, unless we tell you otherwise. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our delivery information. They are estimates, not guarantees.
5.2 If we do not deliver by the date agreed, or within 30 days of the order if no date was agreed, you can contact us to set a new delivery date. If we still fail to deliver, you can cancel the order and we will refund you in full. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5.3 We deliver to the countries shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, we cannot deliver there at present. Some items may not be available for delivery to every country, and we will tell you before you pay.
5.4 For deliveries outside the UK, you are the importer of record. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage and handling fees charged by the destination country or the carrier. These are charged on top of our prices, we do not control them, and we cannot tell you the amount in advance. If you refuse to pay them or do not collect your parcel, we may treat the order as cancelled and deduct our reasonable costs of delivery and return from any refund.
5.5 You are responsible for checking that the Goods can lawfully be imported into your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5.6 Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you when the Goods are delivered to your Delivery Address. Ownership passes to you when we receive full payment, including delivery charges.
5.7 Please check the Goods when they arrive. If they are damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 14 days, with photographs. If no one is available to accept delivery, the carrier will leave a note explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel.
5.8 You must give us a complete and correct Delivery Address. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may charge you the reasonable cost of redelivery.
6. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the Goods, and you do not need to give a reason.
6.1 The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the Goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, it ends 14 days after you receive the last one.
6.2 To cancel, tell us clearly before the period ends. You can email faylisseandco@gmail.com, write to [address], or use the form below. You do not have to use the form, and you can cancel any other clear way.
Cancellation form (complete and send only if you wish to cancel)
To Faylisse, [address], faylisseandco@gmail.com: I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract for the sale of the following goods: [order number and description]. Ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name of consumer(s): [name]. Address of consumer(s): [address]. Date: [date].
6.3 You must send the Goods back to us without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You must send them to [returns address]. We pay the cost of returning the Goods. If the Goods are too bulky to send by post, we will tell you before you order how much collection will cost.
6.4 We will refund the price you paid and the standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard option, we do not refund the extra. We will refund you within 14 days of the day we receive the Goods back, or the day you give us proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We refund to the payment method you used, at no charge to you.
6.5 We may reduce your refund if the Goods have lost value because you handled them more than was needed to check what they are and whether they work, in the way you could in a shop. Please take reasonable care of the Goods while they are with you and return them in their original packaging where possible.
6.6 The right to cancel does not apply to: Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised; Goods that could deteriorate or expire quickly; sealed Goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if you have unsealed them after delivery; sealed audio or video recordings or software that you have unsealed; and any other Goods that the law excludes. We will tell you on the product page if an item falls into one of these categories.
6.7 If you are outside the UK, this clause is in addition to any cancellation right you have under your local law, which we will honour where it applies to your purchase.
7. Returns, refunds, and faulty or misdescribed goods
If your Goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you have legal rights, and nothing in these terms limits them.
7.1 We must supply Goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality, are fit for their purpose and match any sample or model you saw. If they do not, you can ask for a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7.2 If the Goods are faulty, you can reject them and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, you can ask us to repair or replace them. If a repair or replacement is not possible or is not done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you can ask for a price reduction or, within the first 6 months, a full or partial refund. After 6 months, we may deduct an amount for the use you have had of the Goods.
7.3 To report a fault, email faylisseandco@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, photographs. We will tell you how to return the Goods and will pay the reasonable cost of returning faulty or misdescribed Goods.
7.4 We will refund you promptly and in any case within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to a refund, using the payment method you used for your order.
7.5 In addition to your legal rights, you may return unused Goods in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price, excluding delivery charges. We pay the cost of returning the Goods. This does not apply to the items listed in clause 6.6.
7.6 Before returning anything, please contact us for a returns number and address. Please pack Goods securely, as you are responsible for them until they reach us.
8. Product information and availability
We describe our Goods as accurately as we can, but small differences can occur.
8.1 Photographs, colours and sizes on our website are for illustration. Screen settings can affect how colours appear, and handmade or natural products can vary slightly from the images. These small differences do not make the Goods faulty.
8.2 All Goods are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you promptly and refund anything you have paid for it, or offer a similar item that you can choose to accept.
8.3 Please read product descriptions, care instructions and safety warnings before you order and use the Goods. If you buy Goods for someone else, please pass these on.
8.4 We may change or discontinue products and may update our website at any time without notice. This will not affect orders we have already accepted.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care, but not for losses that were not foreseeable.
9.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, for breach of your legal rights in the Goods (see clause 7), or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
9.2 A loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if you and we both knew it might happen when the Contract was made.
9.3 We supply Goods for domestic and private use only. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity if you use the Goods for any commercial, business or resale purpose.
9.4 We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by your misuse of the Goods, failure to follow the instructions or safety warnings we provide, or normal wear and tear.
10. Intellectual property and use of our website
Everything on our website belongs to us or our licensors, and you may use it only to browse and buy from us.
10.1 We or our licensors own all intellectual property rights in our website and its content, including text, images, logos, product designs, graphics and software. These are protected by copyright and other laws worldwide.
10.2 You may view, print and download pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content for any other purpose without our written permission.
10.3 You must not misuse our website, for example by introducing viruses or other harmful material, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using automated tools to scrape or overload it.
10.4 Our website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10.5 We try to keep our website available and free of errors but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw it at any time.
11. Privacy and data protection
We use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.
11.1 We collect and use your personal data to process your order, deliver your Goods, take payment, handle returns and keep in touch with you about your order. Our Privacy Policy, available at [privacy policy web address], explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and your rights.
11.2 To deliver your order, we share the details needed with our carriers, payment providers and other service providers. For international orders this may include sending your data to countries outside the UK. We take steps to make sure it is protected when this happens.
11.3 We will send you marketing emails only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
12.1 An event outside our control is anything we could not reasonably have predicted or prevented, including strikes, fire, flood, severe weather, war, terrorism, epidemics, failure of public networks or transport, carrier or customs delays, changes to import rules, and shortages of supplies.
12.2 If this happens, we will tell you as soon as we can, and our obligations will be suspended while the event continues. We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order once it ends.
12.3 If the event continues for more than [30] days, either of us can cancel the affected order and we will refund you for any Goods not delivered.
13. International customers and local laws
If you live outside the UK, these terms apply to you, but they do not take away consumer rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
13.1 We sell from the UK, and these terms are written under UK law. Where the law of the country you live in gives you stronger consumer protection that cannot be excluded by contract, you keep that protection.
13.2 Some products may be restricted or prohibited in your country, or may not meet its safety, labelling or technical standards. It is your responsibility to check before you order.
13.3 Delivery times to destinations outside the UK depend on carriers and customs and can be longer than for UK orders. Tracking may not be available in every country.
13.4 We may refuse to ship to any country, or refuse an order, where we reasonably believe that supplying the Goods would break UK or international law, including sanctions and export controls.
14. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will try to put it right.
14.1 To make a complaint, email faylisseandco@gmail.com or write to us at the address in clause 1. Please include your order number and details of the problem. We will acknowledge your complaint within [2] Working Days and aim to resolve it within [14] days.
14.2 If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. We are not obliged to use ADR. Using ADR is voluntary and does not affect your right to go to court.
14.3 If you are in the UK and bought by card, you may also have rights to ask your card issuer to reverse the payment in some circumstances.
15. General terms and governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute.
15.1 If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your home nation or in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you may bring proceedings in England and Wales or in your home country if its law gives you that right.
15.2 We may transfer our rights and obligations under the Contract to another organisation, and we will tell you if we do. You may not transfer yours without our written agreement.
15.3 Only you and we have rights under the Contract. No one else can enforce any of its terms.
15.4 If a court decides that any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
15.5 If we do not enforce a right under these terms straight away, that does not mean we have given it up.
15.6 These terms, together with the order confirmation and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
